SEA Wave & Spice Storytelling Studio, the publications and studio arm of global award-winning communications group COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises, has won the Philippine Quill Awards of Excellence at the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippine Quill Awards 2026.
The studio earned industry recognition for its entries, “Catch the Latest Waves with SEA Wave: Southeast Asia’s Pop Culture Magazine” and “Baybayin Hariyanas: Redefining our Name and Reclaiming our History.”
SEA Wave Magazine is SEA Wave & Spice Storytelling Studio’s online magazine for Southeast Asians and by Southeast Asians, covering all-things pop culture in the region. It received a Quill Award of Excellence under the Communication Skills division for Publications.
Meanwhile, Baybayin Hariyanas is a multimedia platform under SEA Wave & Spice and Citizen COMCO—COMCO Mundo’s advocacy program—which aims to reclaim and reinforce the Filipino national identity through the exploration of language, history, heritage, and culture. It received a Quill Award of Mwrit under the Communication Skills division for Social Media.
IABC Philippines is a network of communication professionals in the country that recognizes the best practices and innovative campaigns of agencies, companies, and brands that foster excellence in the field of communications through the Philippine Quill Awards.
